[ The thought of that is something that had been starting to develop back home after everything with Dante and The Order. But here? Here it seems to be actually happening and, in fact, needs to happen lest they end up on the street somewhere and Nero would never let that happen to Kyrie. ]

[ Hearing Kyrie happy is all that Nero has ever really wanted for her- that and her safety, of course. And while Credo or her parents may not be here or part of the living anymore... at least they have each other.
[ She gives his hand another gentle squeeze as her head continued to rest on his shoulder. Maybe she was being silly, but just talking about this made her heart feel all fluttery. She felt like everything was going to be okay, like really be okay. She was here with Nero and everything felt the same. ]
I'm glad... that you even want to... s-stay with me that is.
[ Looking down to her, fingers come to brush some of her hair out of her face, an act done without so much as a second thought before he realizes what he's doing and he lets his hand slip away. ]

[ It's asked both softly and curiously but perhaps also with a touch of amusement to it. ]
[ That gets another little laugh out of her. It was nice that, even though they were in this strange place... and strange things have happened, they can still sit around and be a bit playful. It really makes Kyrie's day to know this.]
How did you see through such a clever disguse, Nero?
[ But, regardless, he smiles a little, looking to Kyrie.
No matter what happens, she never seems to leave his side. Not when he's being difficult, not when he's being moody, not even when he's proclaimed a demon. He's lucky for that... he knows he is and while he's not about to declare that she could do so much better than him, that she deserves someone who is maybe a little more normal? He does wonder if he's being selfish in wanting to have her just as much.
And it's in that moment, after claiming to know her so well, that he continues to stare to her in silence before coming to press his forehead against hers. ]
Is now a bad time to give you that kiss you've been waiting for?
[ Her heart fluttered when he pressed his forehead against hers. She always loved looking into those beautiful eyes of his.
She was about to ask him something when he popped out with that question. Is it a bad time to--! Quickly her face was growing warmer and her heart was racing. In fact it felt like it was so loud that Nero could probably hear it.
She swallowed hard, trying to reign in those flustered feelings of hers. ]
[ There's something about the way she looks at him that has him feel... well... a plethora of things, that's for sure. But the more important thing being that she looks to him as she always has, even with his being a demon.
So, it's with a sheepish smile touching those lips and the gentle touch of human fingers cradling her cheek that he kisses her, finally, soft and slow and maybe just a touch excited if only to finally have this moment. ]
[ No demons interrupting, no nervous tug aways, she could actually feel his lips on hers and it was amazing. She felt like she was melting, like her whole body was just turning into this puddle of happiness. She felt butterflies in her stomach and she's pretty sure there was a silly tune in the back of her head somewhere.
Shyly, her arms loop around his neck, as if she was afraid this was all a dream of some sort. ]
[ When arms come to loop around his neck, Nero finds his own gently winding around her lithe figure, gentle in the way he holds her. The kiss is sweet, tender, a moment between them that, until now, he wasn't so sure would ever actually happen; distractions and all, nevermind having found himself here without her at first. It's after shyly thinking to deepen it for just a second and not a single one more, that he breaks the sweet kiss and glances down between them, chewing over his bottom lip for a second before he finds himself smiling shyly. ]
[ She gave him this dazed look in return, looking like someone who was absolutely 100% in love. She kept her arms around him loosely not wanting to let go for even a second. Even though they were out in public, Nero kissed her... their first kiss together. She was fine with waiting until he was ready, because seeing Nero happy is all she needs to be happy herself. ]
[ Well, to be fair, it's not too crowded here at the moment? Plus, it's not like it's at the shop or something where Dante can make stupid noises in the background should he happen to see. Would he actually do that? He'd rather not find out.
Her words, however, get Nero to duck his head a little and chuckle quietly under his breath; he didn't expect to hear anything like that. ]
Well, least those can be pretty to look at.
[ A pause followed with a curious glance up to her with only one eye open. ]
[ N-nero...! Kyrie looked even more embarrassed than before. It touched her to hear such sweet things from Nero, but at the same time, it just made her heart race faster any time she heard them. She turned her head to stare down at her lap instead, not that it hid her blush very well. The pink was spreading to even her neck. ]
[ He says that so quickly and without a trace of doubt or hesitation, looking to Kyrie as he pulls back some to loll his head back and allow an arm to drape over the back of the bench. ]
I've always thought you were. I mean... it's not just that. You're... a lot of things, you know? But...
[ And he laughs a little, scratching at his cheek with a tilt of his head. ]
[ Her heart was still beating rapidly and she really hoped that her hands weren't sweaty right now or anything. That would be extremely embarrassing! She couldn't help it. It just felt like... it felt like today their relationship was moving forward a little more and she felt like Nero was sweeping her off her feet all over again. ]
I don't know... I've seen the way you look at some of those weapons of yours...
[ She finally looked up at him again, a tiny teasing smile on her lips. ]
[ Those words might actually get a slightly louder laugh out of Nero... one that is genuine and full of amusement as he shakes his head into his hand, fingers running through his hair before he hums a little to himself. ]
They are pretty nice. Red Queen's the best sword a swordsman could ask for and Blue Rose... she was a beaut to design.
[ Coming to pause for a moment, he allows his head to roll to the side and presses his head against her own. ]
[She laughed softly at his reply. Nero was a lot more smooth than he gave himself credit for, because he always said the sweetest things, but it wasn't just some silly line. Nero meant every word he said to her which was part of his charm. Kyrie always felt like she was so happy and lucky to have Nero in her life. ]
[ There's a gentle chuckle that rumbles in the back of his throat and, with Kyrie leaning into his side, he allows his arm to drape around her shoulder then. ]
You know... I wasn't really so thrilled with the thought of being kidnapped here by spirits for whatever reason they have. Hell, I'm still not exactly thrilled they did that to you as well.
[ With fingers gently stroking against Kyrie's arm, Nero allows himself a moment to look at their surroundings and just... be, for once. ]
But I guess it's better than maybe never seeing you again. I don't really want to think about what I would do.
[ Because, from the sounds of it, some people have been here for years. ]
[ With his arm around her, she felt even warmer than before. It was such a comforting feeling just to have him so close to her. She sat there and listened and smiled softly to herself. It seems they see eye to eye once more. Getting kidnapped here and being told to deal with it certainly was alarming, as she's sure it's alarming for everyone, but... ]
I know... I would try to make the most of everything... but if I ended up here without you with me, I'm not sure how long it would have taken for me to crack. When I heard your voice, it was like... a sign that everything would be okay.
[ Perhaps despite the lack of consent one is given with appearing within this world, there's a silver lining to it in the sense of Nero not being completely alone as he has both Kyrie and Dante here with him. It's with his cheek pressed against her head and eyes of blue slowly blinking some as he continues to stare at the park around them, that Nero allows the tips of his fingers to brush against her arm, keeping her close and deciding right then and there on something: ]
[ How is that that Nero can declare something like that something as big as "Everything will be ok" and in that instant she believes him with all of her heart. She believes everything will be ok, because Nero said it.
Maybe it was because she always felt safe when Nero was around. Or maybe it was because Nero didn't sugarcoat things, so when he said it, it really felt like everything was fine. ]
